Great talk on this profound movie!
There is so much symbolism within it, did you notice the black and white tiles in the building where they are ambushed by agents?
And the plaque with the inscribing: Mark III No. 11 – Nebuchadnezzar –
In the Bible Mark chapter 3 verse 11 is: “Whenever the evil spirit saw him, they fell down before him and cried out, “You are the Son of God 🙂
When I was researching the Matrix, I definitely saw the symbolism of the black and white tiles, good versus evil – and that fight within us. Also, just before that scene, two of the characters, Apoc and Switch, who are dressed in black and white, guard the door, as they wait for the others to enter the building.
And yes, I had also read about the quote on the Nebuchadnezzar however, we only have a limited amount of time. It is very apt for the film.
